Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rapid Riyadh. We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility:
If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe:

  • You must raise your replacement request within 30 days of delivery.
  • If you report the issue within 7 days of delivery, the replacement will be free of cost. After 7 days (but before the 30-day deadline), certain charges may apply for the replacement (please check with our support team).
  • Note: We do not offer replacements for “change of mind” or simply because you changed your preference.

Replacement Process:

  • Initiate by contacting our customer support with a video or photo showing the incorrect, faulty, damaged or broken product within the eligible timeframe. We may guide you to troubleshoot if appropriate.
  • Option A: We will ask you to send back the original product (with original packaging and all accessories) to our warehouse address (which we will provide) and once we receive it we will dispatch the replacement free of charge within 5 working days.
  • Option B: We may schedule a courier pick-up of the product (original packaging + accessories), and dispatch your replacement within 14 working days.
  • Please keep the original packaging and accessories intact until the issue is resolved.

2. Refund Policy

At this time, Rapid Riyadh does not offer refunds. We only provide replacements as per the eligibility criteria above.

3. Shipping & Returns for Replacements

  • The cost of returning the item (if required) may be covered if the product is confirmed to be incorrect/faulty/damaged and the request is made within the 7-day free window. After that, any return shipping cost or restocking fee will be communicated in advance.
  • Once we receive your returned item (in eligible condition) we will dispatch the replacement.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Products that are damaged or malfunctioning due to misuse, neglect, accident, or modification by the customer are not eligible for free replacement.
  • Any damage or faults reported after 30 days of delivery.
  • “Change of mind” or “didn’t like it” requests do not qualify.
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories may be disqualified.
